Orders outside the UK will be subject to local sales taxes, customs duties, and import fees when the shipment reaches the destination country. These costs are set by local authorities, billed by the carrier on delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are encouraged to check with their local customs or postal service before ordering to understand the full cost of import, which varies from country to country.

S.E.H Kelly does not refund local sales taxes, customs duties, and import fees incurred — again, these are billed by the carrier. Any such application must be made directly by the customer, following the procedures laid out by their local customs authority or tax office.

If a delivery is rejected — such as refusing to pay the above import costs — and the parcel is returned to S.E.H Kelly, then the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.

Customers have seven working days from delivery of their order to inform S.E.H Kelly of any intention to return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered from their original condition, and must be fully fit for resale, otherwise they will not be accepted.

The cost of shipping is not refunded.

Before returning an order, customers are kindly asked to get in touch via email. A smooth and straightforward returns procedure can then be agreed with S.E.H Kelly, including the correct delivery method and customs paperwork necessary for international returns. If a return is sent back without following these terms, and as a result S.E.H Kelly incurs customs or related charges, their full sum will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Once authorised, a return must be sent within a reasonable time — defined here as one month from date of delivery. Returns outside this window are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed in five working days and can only be returned via the original method of payment. The cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer and is not reimbursed. In the case of exchanges — such as for a different size or colour — the cost of dispatching the replacement item is also the responsibility of the customer.

While all reasonable efforts are made to prevent sales taxes, customs duties, and import fees from being charged again on exchanges — for example, by marking the parcel clearly as a replacement and referencing the original shipment — different countries have different customs procedures, and some may still apply charges regardless. Responsibility for any such additional charges incurred on exchanged items remains with the customer.

S.E.H Kelly ships to every known location worldwide. Orders are typically dispatched within five working days, except during peak periods when processing times may be longer. Most orders are sent on a tracked service with DHL, although alternatives may also be used, due to the shipping address, previous experience, or a customer request.

Responsibility for orders passes to the customer once the parcel is delivered. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel is missing, customers must raise the issue with the carrier.

On occasions, unfortunately, an item may become unavailable after an order is placed. If so, S.E.H Kelly will be in touch by email within three working days to help and explain.

Every effort is made to ensure that photographs and descriptions are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly from one digital display to another, and so the written descriptions should always be considered the most reliable guide. Customers with any doubts or questions are encouraged to get in touch via email before placing their order.

In the event of a pricing error, the order will be cancelled and the customer refunded.

Although UK orders include VAT and non-UK orders do not, this does not mean that the price is necessarily lower than the UK price by the current rate of VAT in the UK. Prices vary between countries to account for the additional administrative work involved in preparing customs paperwork and invoices, managing international tracking and delivery issues, and handling returns and exchanges from overseas — which often involve customs charges and reimport costs. Further considerations include the greater risk of loss or delay in transit, and the relatively higher difficulty of managing orders that ship outside the UK. These factors differ from one country to the next, and will be reflected in pricing.

Payment transactions with S.E.H Kelly are securely processed through PayPal. S.E.H Kelly retains only the name, email address, and address of the customer. This information is used to fulfil the order and provide updates, and is never shared with third parties, except where required to fulfil legal or financial obligations on behalf of S.E.H Kelly.

S.E.H Kelly operates at every stage in accordance with current UK e-commerce and consumer protection law, including legislation on distance selling and data protection.

Disputes arising from transactions with S.E.H Kelly are initially subject to resolution through customer service. If in the unlikely event a resolution with the customer cannot be reached, the matter will be governed by UK law and handled through the UK courts.
